I normally run just 2-3 data threads and max intensity for the CPU threads. It reads 2-3 drives at around 90MB/s each so total throughput is about 300MB/s across the array.
I don't have near enough TB to warrant using the GPU to mine, it's the hard drives that are the bottleneck until you get to crazy high amounts of TBs
I'm using nice workstation class computers, so no real CPU or memory or backplane bottlenecks, at least not at the 30TB I'm at right now.
Could be a LOT of things affecting the throughput, from the way and size you plot the files, to the computer hardware. I'd say try different things until you can find ways to improve it. It takes time.
@iKnow0 this would be the come down (if that were truly something i allowed of myself that is). The trip was the last few years avoiding, hiding and melding into others realities attempting to stay shadowed from that wonderfully persistent beasty whom annihilated my computer.
@mosesbokaba How many TB are you mining with? Unless you hit a block or are mining with quite a lot of hard drive space, you'll only be paid every 24 hours. But every pool is different. Most (all?) will have a status web page you can visit to see the current balance of the pool, who is owed Burst, past payments, etc. It can take a while to learn how to read these stats, but look for your address.
After 1.5 Months of reading, and getting the 'Feel' of Burst-Team.us I decided to join @IceBurst ... I did say I would be here. I do 'be' a man of my word. ;)
That said, look forward to learning more, about this platform. I promise never to 'Poke anyone in the Digital Eye' here or be rude in any form or fashion - not my style. That said ... where's the Bar? :P (Just Kidding) :)
